M. Paula Ledesma's work experience begins in 2017 with a position as a Pasante en administracion y finanzas at Pirelli, which they held until 2018. From there, they worked as a Pasante en administracion y finanzas at PROMETEON TYRE GROUP from July 2018 to December 2018. In 2018, they also had a role in customer service at Publix Super Markets in Key West, Florida.
In 2019, Ledesma joined SAP as a Digital Executive until May 2020, and also held the position of Digital Demand Executive. M. Paula then moved on to SAP Customer Experience, where they worked as a CX Business Development Specialist from May 2020 to May 2021.
