Mason Song is an experienced Senior Product Designer currently focusing on Fintech solutions at Remote, where creativity and strategy are merged to create user-centered design solutions for global team management. Previously, Mason held the position of Product Designer at RBC, enhancing client experiences in personal banking and investments, and worked as a Design Consultant at PwC, specializing in digital product design and user research. Mason's background also includes technical support roles at OCAD University, freelance UX design for educational institutions in Seoul, and a web design internship at York University. Mason holds a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design from OCAD University, earned between 2013 and 2018.
