Jorge L. Murillo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jorge L. co-founded Remote Team in 2018, which focuses on remote-based work, and Bookkeepa, a bookkeeping and tax preparation outsourcing company. In the same year, they also co-founded ITalent4U, a recruiting and staffing agency specializing in connecting top IT companies with talent in Latin America.

In 2022, Jorge worked as a Quickbooks Bookkeeper at CPA4IT Professional Corporation, where they were responsible for tracking transactions, maintaining accounts, monitoring cash flow, and preparing financial records for tax filing.

Prior to that, Jorge worked as a Financial Analyst and Bookkeeper at Allstate HOA Management in 2020, conducting market research as a Market Research Specialist at Connect Research Group from 2019 to 2020, and as a Business Accountant Jr, Payroll Officer, and Customer Service Representative at Realty Trust Services, LLC from 2019 to 2019.

Earlier in their career, Jorge served as an Administrative Assistant for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2012 to 2019, where they successfully budgeted, forecasted, and managed church funds.

Jorge also has experience as a Contract Freelance Recruiter at Globalme in 2018 and as a Social Media Evaluator and Independent Contractor at Appen from 2017 to 2018.

Jorge L. Murillo attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2015 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their degree, they also obtained various certifications, including "Building Resilience" from LinkedIn in April 2022, "QuickBooks Certification" from Intuit in February 2020, and "Become a Successful Remote Worker" from Lynda.com in January 2019. Jorge L. also earned certifications in data visualization, data science, Excel, and other business-related topics from Lynda.com between September 2018 and December 2018. Jorge L.
