Zachary Hunter is a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Remora, where responsibilities include capturing carbon on semi-trucks, with prior roles as Mechanical Engineer III and Research Engineer II. Previously, Zachary served as Simulation/Enterprise Engineering Manager at Sun Hydraulics, leading engineering teams in executing simulations and managing engineering change processes. Additional experience at Sun Hydraulics includes positions as Design Engineer and Product Engineer, focusing on new product development of electro-hydraulic valves and improving product lines through collaboration with manufacturing. Zachary began as an Engineering Intern, working on finite element analysis and preliminary circuit design. Zachary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Middle Tennessee State University.
