Tyler Giffel began their career in 2010 as a Computer Tech at Esjay Computers. In 2012, they joined Genesys | Interactive Intelligence as an Implementation Consultant, where they were responsible for project scoping, requirements gathering and discovery, application integration design, custom application requirements gathering and design, go live support and troubleshooting, auto dialer design, Microsoft SQL database development, and internal process documentation. In 2017, they moved to Genesys as a Software Engineer, where they worked on customizations to all three Genesys products (PureCloud, PureConnect, PureEngage) in primarily Java, C# and Javascript. In 2019, they joined Axia Technology Partners as a Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Remodel Health as a Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer.
Tyler Giffel attended Hamilton Southeastern High School from 2004 to 2008. Tyler then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Technology and Network Engineering Technology from Purdue University, graduating in 2012.
