Jon Lau is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and brand performance within the hotel industry. Currently serving as a Brand Performance Manager at Remington Hotels since January 2023, Jon oversees property inspections and collaborates with leaders to enhance guest satisfaction and implement brand standards. Prior to this role, Jon was the General Manager at 3525 Sage, responsible for comprehensive business operations and achieving a significant reduction in aged receivables. With a decade-long tenure at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Jon successfully managed operations for a multimillion-dollar segment, driving over $4 million in annual revenues while leading a team of 25. Jon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.
