Dawn Freeman has a strong background in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry. Dawn started their career as an Express Catering Manager at Omni San Antonio at the Colonnade in 2006 and later became a Convention Service Manager at Omni Hotels & Resorts. In 2012, they joined the Sheraton Gunter Hotel as a Business Travel Sales Manager, and then moved on to The Adolphus Hotel in the same role. In 2015, they worked at LE MERIDIEN DALLAS by the GALLERIA as a Director of Sales and later as a Business Travel Sales Manager. Dawn continued their career as a Director of Catering & Convention Services at Westin Dallas Park Central Hotel from 2017 to 2019. Recently, they have been working as a Director of Sales & Marketing at SMI Hotel Group, and in 2023, they joined Remington Hospitality in the same position. Dawn Freeman has demonstrated expertise in driving sales, managing accounts, and achieving revenue goals throughout their career.

Dawn Freeman obtained a Bachelor's degree from Southwest Texas State University from 1993 to 1999.
