Ron Sweatman has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Ron started their career at International Motors as a Salesperson in 2002. In 2006, they became the President of Graystone Wine Imports, an importer and distributor of Eastern European wines. In 2009, they took on the role of District Manager (Launch Coordinator) at Retail Business Development (Clearwire Division). In 2011, they became a Senior Account Executive at Cbeyond. In 2013, they became a Sales Director at mindSHIFT, a Ricoh Company. In 2015, they became a National Account Manager at Cogent Communications. In 2017, they became a Commercial Account Executive at Altice USA. In 2018, they became a Business Development Manager at Vector Choice Technology Solutions. In 2020, they became the Founder of ONPASSIVE. Ron is currently an Account Executive at ReminderMedia.

Ron Sweatman attended Lees-McRae College from 1992 to 1993, studying Communications. Ron then attended East Carolina University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication, General.
