Carly Small, Esq., MSN, RN, A-GNP, currently serves as Legal Counsel for Global Legal Affairs at RemeGen Biosciences, providing comprehensive legal support across various departments. Previously, Carly held positions as Associate Corporate Counsel for Global R&D at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included advising on psychiatric and seizure therapeutics, and Research and Development Counsel at TG Therapeutics, focusing on R&D activities and regulatory compliance. Early career experience includes law clerk roles in personal injury law and risk management at the University of Miami Health System, as well as nursing positions at Tampa General Hospital and McLean Hospital. Carly holds a JD in Health Law from the University of Miami School of Law, a Master of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
