Karen is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of clients’ pharmacy benefits programs including annual strategy, management of procurement/RFP and market checks, contract renewals, evaluations, performance and trend reporting, auditing, and client relations management. She has over 18 years of pharmacy, health, and welfare benefits management with nine years in the employee benefits consulting/broker industry and nine years in corporate employee benefits management. Karen has been a benefits consultant for over eight years, and prior to that worked in various corporate positions. Karen is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a B.A. in sociology.
