Melissa Andini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and coaching, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Remedi Indonesia since January 2019, where responsibilities also include roles as a Certified Professional Coach, In House Counselor, and Wellbeing Facilitator. Melissa has previously worked with Meta as a Coach for the Facebook Community Accelerator Program and held notable positions at theAsianparent, including General Manager and Deputy Country Manager. In a prior tenure at Nokia from 2007 to 2019, Melissa held various roles such as Account Manager and Project Controller. Early career experiences included feature editing at Soap Magazine and radio announcing at MTV Sky 101.4 FM. Melissa holds a degree from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2005.
