Travis Baron began their work experience in 1995 as a Manager at Ace Parking, where they worked until 1999. In 1999, they started their own business, RE/MAX Premier Realty, where they currently serve as the Owner.

Travis Baron obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from San Diego State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
