Dawn Monfardini has extensive experience in finance and real estate, currently serving as CFO/Controller and Accounting Manager at Craig Bergmann Landscape Design since 2013, overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, job cost payroll, and human resources. Additionally, Dawn Monfardini has been a licensed real estate broker since 2012, with ongoing roles at RE/MAX Plaza and previous positions at RE/MAX Center and RE/MAX Top Performers, focusing on properties in Lake, McHenry, and Cook Counties, including work in the Short Sale Department. Prior to real estate, Dawn Monfardini was the General Manager at United Group, Inc., managing customer service, purchasing, and the Distribution Center, and held various accounting roles at A. L. Hansen Mfg. Co. and Baxter Healthcare Corporation, accumulating expertise in payroll and financial management. Education was completed at Loyola University Chicago - Mundelein College.
