Alhanouf Alnughaythir holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Key Performance Indicator (C-KPI). Currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Remat Al-Riyadh Development Co. since October 2023, Alnughaythir previously managed a portfolio of complex initiatives as a Project Manager at the Real Estate Development Fund from September 2021 to October 2023. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at Takamol Holding, and Project Manager at the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, where significant contributions were made to compliance transformation projects within the health sector. Alnughaythir's earlier experience includes various roles in project management and human resources at organizations such as AACC, Atheeb Group, and Zain. Alnughaythir earned a Bachelor of Human Resources Management and an MBA from Dar Al-Uloom University.
