Abrar AlMuhaidib is an experienced Human Capital Director currently working at Remat Al-Riyadh Development Co. since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing the full HR scope such as HR strategy, organizational development, performance management, and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Abrar held significant positions at Red Sea Global from January 2019 to July 2023 as Associate HR Director and Senior Human Resources Projects Manager. Experience also includes a tenure at Sadara Chemical Company from July 2012 to December 2018, where Abrar served as HR Shared Services Lead, Performance Management Lead, HRIS Manager, and HR Advisor, along with earlier work as Associate Consultant at Aramco from January 2011 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Faisal University.
