Currently serving as Chairman at Relyon since 2020, Ian oversees one of the UK's leading manufacturers of high-quality beds. Prior to this role, Ian was Chairman at Homebase from 2018 to 2023, enhancing its position as a leading retailer of home and garden products. Ian also held the position of Chief Executive at HMV Retail Ltd from 2013 to 2018, managing the largest specialist entertainment retailer in the UK, and previously served as Chief Executive UK for Steinhoff International from 1993 to 2012, a key player in the furniture and household goods market across multiple continents. Ian T. holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Master of Arts in Engineering Science and Economics from the University of Oxford.
