Serene Siew has over 27 years of experience in IT support and management, having joined Elsevier Singapore in September 1996 as Regional IT Support Manager, providing support for SDOS/SD customers in the APAC region until 2002. Subsequently, Serene transitioned to Reed Elsevier Technology Services as IT Support Manager, a role held since 2005. Prior to these positions, Serene worked at Aztech from September 1990 to August 1996, serving as Customer Support Manager. The educational background includes a degree in Computer Studies completed between 1990 and 1994.
