Sunny Xu has been working in the engineering field since 1997. Sunny started as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd. in 1997. In 2002, they moved to Kwonnie Electrical Products Limited and worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. In 2009, they became the New Product Development Manager at Hayco. In 2010, they worked as a Mechanical Design Manager (Chief Mechanical Design Engineer) at Jawbone. From 2014 to 2019, they were the Senior Product Development Manager at Cosmosupplylab Ltd. Currently, they are the Director of Mechanical Design & Engineering at RELX Technology.

Sunny Xu attended Wuhan University of Technology from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree in Material Shaping and Control Engineering.
