Tatev Ulikhanyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and automation engineering. Currently serving as a QA Automation Engineer at Relum since December 2023 and as a QA Automation Trainer at Business Development Group since May 2023, Tatev previously worked at VOLO | Software Development Company as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer from July 2019 to December 2023. Additional experience includes a role as a Customer Service Specialist at Ameriabank CJSC from August 2018 to July 2019, and earlier positions as an Assistant Accountant at Smart Solutions and a Call Center Operator at Cross HITECH. Academically, Tatev holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Armenian State University of Economics, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution, awarded in 2016.
