Marsha Darin's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Marsha started their career at Select Staffing, where they held various roles and became a Senior Operations Manager. Marsha then joined Citrix as a Technology Project Manager and later became a Program Manager, responsible for portfolio management and strategic initiatives. Marsha also worked at LogMeIn as a Senior Program Manager, where they supported visioning, strategy, and coaching for the Business & Data Platform unit. Darin was a co-founder of HelloHarvest, Inc. and worked there until 2019. Marsha'smost recent positions include Senior Program Manager at Ontraport and Director of Engineering Ops & Excellence at Reltio.

Marsha Darin completed coursework in literature and geography at Universidad de Sevilla. Marsha then earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Comparative Literature, with significant parallel work in natural sciences, from the University of California, Berkeley.
