Jessica Day is an experienced billing professional with a diverse background in financial management and customer service. Currently serving as the Billing Manager at Reltio since February 2022, Jessica previously held positions at Hudl from August 2016 to February 2022, including Manager of Elite Billing, where responsibilities included overseeing the Elite billing process for North America and standardizing procedures for international billing teams. Prior roles at Ameritas and State Farm contributed to a solid foundation in customer support and training, while earlier positions at Great Western Bank provided experience in personal banking and teller operations. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 2007 and 2012.
