Frode van der Laak is a highly experienced professional with expertise in cybersecurity, blockchain technology, and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) since May 2024, Frode is involved in the Norwegian Center for Cybersecurity in Critical Sectors (NORCICS). As a co-founder and CTO at Reltime, an initiative focused on decentralized science, Frode has developed a unique Proof of Authority blockchain protocol. Previous roles include CEO at Reltime Technology, where Frode led research and development across multiple projects in distributed ledger technology, and co-founder at Conax Technology AS, innovating in banking systems.
