Justin McClafferty began their career in 2014 as a Ticket Assistant for Long Island Ducks Baseball. Justin then moved on to become an Inside Sales Account Manager for Brooklyn Nets. In 2015, Justin joined BSE Global as an Account Manager, Member Services and was later promoted to Senior Account Manager, Member Services. In 2021, they became a Personal Results Specialist for Robbins Research International, and is currently a Strategic Account Manager for Relo Metrics.

Justin McClafferty earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Springfield College between 2006 and 2010.
