Caroline Niski

Senior Customer Success Manager at Relo Metrics

Caroline Niski has a wealth of experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Caroline began their career in 2013 as a Sports Marketing Intern at Maryland Athletics and a Public Relations Intern at MGH, Inc. Caroline also served as a Teaching Assistant for News Writing & Reporting for Public Relations at the University of Maryland, College of Arts and Humanities. In 2016, they joined LEARFIELD as an Account Executive, Business Development & Services for Big Ten Sports Properties. During their time there, they sold integrated corporate sponsorship & media packages, managed contract execution for marquee Conference events, and collaborated with the Big Ten Network on social video content sales. Caroline was then promoted to Manager, Partnership Services, where they managed corporate partnership execution for the Big Ten Conference & Big Ten Network. Caroline also held roles as an Inside Sales Manager and Sales Planner, National Sales. In 2013, they joined the Naval Academy Athletic Association as an Assistant Director for Corporate Sales, where they managed and actively piloted the year-round execution of the corporate partnerships surrounding the Army-Navy Football Game. Caroline is currently a Customer Success Manager at Relo Metrics, where they lead a portfolio of 40 clients, ensuring they take full advantage of all features and services of the Media Value Platform.

Caroline Niski is currently enrolled at the University of Maryland and previously attended St Charles East High School.
