Leah Parris, CVPM, LVT, CCFP, HABc, is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager with extensive experience in the veterinary field. Currently, Leah serves as the Owner and Principal Consultant at Southern Meridian Veterinary Consulting, focusing on practice management consulting, coaching, and interim/relief coverage for veterinary practices. Previous roles include significant contributions as a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager at Free Home Animal Hospital, Inc., and a key role in launching Edgewater Animal Hospital, where Leah handled inventory, cost management, and protocol development. Leah has also effectively managed operations during the COVID-19 pandemic at Creekside Animal Hospital, and has a history of enhancing employee morale and clinic success across multiple positions. Leah began a career in veterinary services as a Registered Veterinary Technician, building foundational skills in leadership and practice management. Leah holds an Associate of Science degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology from Penn Foster Group.
