Eliza Een is a skilled professional with a background in human resources and education. Currently serving as a Jr HR Business Partner and Corporate Trainer at Blue Raven Solar since November 2020, Eliza has developed a strong foundation in employee training and organizational support. Previously, Eliza interned at the Springville Museum of Art, managing the summer Open Studio program and creating art projects. Eliza also held the position of TA/Tutor and English Team Lead at BYU Independent Study, providing tutoring and guidance to high school students. Additionally, as a Research and Writing Intern with the BYU ARTS Partnership, Eliza contributed valuable research and media resources for educational lessons. Eliza earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Brigham Young University in 2020.
