Dave Muck has extensive experience in IT operations and service delivery, currently serving as a ServiceNow CMDB Analyst at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. since December 2018. Prior to this role, Muck was an IT Operations and Service Delivery Manager at AMN Healthcare from August 2010 to December 2018, where responsibilities included overall IT operational management and implementation of IT-related services. Muck also worked as a Consulting Project Manager at Scripps Health and Catalina Restaurant Group, as well as serving as an Infrastructure Consultant at HGST, where significant achievements included the implementation of ServiceNow and the relocation of a data center. Muck holds a degree in Computer Systems Analysis from the University of California, Los Angeles, and has a foundational education from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
