Max Garcia is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Real Estate Consultant Specialist at Reliance Real Estate Services since February 2020, Max specializes in advising government and military personnel on real estate transactions and investment properties. Prior to this, Max held the position of Senior Real Estate Consultant at Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty for nearly nine years. Additionally, Max worked as a Training Specialist at SBSD and spent 22 years as a Mortgage Banker, reviewing loan documentation and qualifying clients for approvals at various mortgage companies. Max's earlier career includes a role as a Police Officer and Detective at Baldwin Park Police Department. Max holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Real Estate from the University of Southern California.
