Ritesh Sharma has extensive work experience in various industries. Ritesh started their career as a Service Engineer at VOLTAS LTD. in 1996 and worked there until 1999. Ritesh then joined ARVIND LTD. as a Manager in Sales and Marketing from 1999 to 2003. Following that, they worked at Triburg as a Senior Manager in Sourcing and Business Development from 2003 to 2009. In 2010, they joined INVISTA as the Segment Manager for South Asia and stayed there until 2016. Ritesh then worked at INDO TEX as the Head of Sales and Sourcing from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are the Head of Brand and Retail at Reliance Industries Limited, a position they have held since 2017.

Ritesh Sharma completed their High School education at St. Columba's School in New Delhi from 1979 to 1992. Ritesh then pursued an Engineer's Degree in Textile Technology from the Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences, graduating in 1996. Later, from 1999 to 2002, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a field of study in Marketing Management from SLIMS.
