Pooja Arya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy and banking sectors, currently serving as Dy. General Manager and Team Lead - New Energy at Reliance Industries Limited since August 2024. Prior to this role, Pooja was the Head of Digital Contact Centre at Fenice Energy from September 2022 to August 2024, and held the position of Lead - Channel and Opportunity Lifecycle Management at TATA Power between April 2020 and September 2022. Pooja began their career at Tata Power Solar Systems Limited as Key Account Manager - Rooftops and has also held roles at ICICI Bank, Tata International Limited, Castrol India Ltd, and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. Pooja holds an MBA-IB in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, a PGDDB in Digital Business from Emeritus, and a B.E (Hons) in Electronics and Communication from Laxmi Narain College of Technology.
