Kirit Brahmbhatt has extensive work experience in the energy and power industry. Kirit started their career as an Apprentice Engineer at Hindustan Brown Boveri Ltd in 1974. Kirit then moved on to Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited in 1975, where they served as a Maintenance Manager for over 20 years. In 1996, they joined Reliance Industries Ltd as a General Manager and subsequently became a Vice President for the company. Kirit played a major role in establishing and operating infrastructure facilities for a Special Economic Zone at Jamnagar. Kirit also led the efforts to set up and commission power plants, including gas-based and coal-based power plants. As Sr. Vice President, they effectively handled captive power plants at all six major sites of the company. Kirit Brahmbhatt's work experience demonstrates their expertise in power plant operations, manufacturing practices, and energy conservation.
Kirit Brahmbhatt studied electrical engineering at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 1969 to 1974. Prior to that, they attended Sayaji High School Baroda from 1962 to 1968, focusing on technical studies.
