Eric Kremers is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the MIS SOC Manager and Escalations Lead at Reliance Cyber since September 2018. In this role, Eric manages escalations related to major incidents and plays a key role in communications. Prior to this, Eric worked as an MSS Engineer in a Security Operations Center for a multinational banking and financial services company. Eric's career began as a Technical Support Analyst at SecureData Europe, where responsibilities included monitoring firewall alerts, managing SIEM tools, and analyzing network security incidents. Earlier experience includes a Field IT and Network Support Engineer position at Lifeline IT, assisting various businesses with IT and security needs. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Internet Computing and Network Security from Loughborough University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of the West of England, and an Associate’s Degree in Computing and Information Technology from City of Bristol College.
