Kathy M Hart has extensive banking experience, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at Reliance Bank since November 2007. In this role, Kathy oversees small business deposits and lines of credit, consumer deposits and loans, public funds growth, and both consumer and commercial credit cards, while leading a highly successful team. Prior to this, Kathy held the position of Branch Manager at U.S. Bank from November 2000 to September 2007, where Kathy managed a team of 16 employees, achieving significant business growth and facilitating the promotion of four staff members. Kathy began their banking career as a Personal Banker at Bank of America from July 1996 to October 2000, focusing on customer service and cross-selling financial products.
