Niharika Jhala is a seasoned business system analyst with extensive experience in the information technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Business System Analyst at Reliable Parts Ltd. since November 2017, Niharika also held roles as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes a position as a Technical Business Process Analyst at xAmplifier and as an IT Business Analyst and Developer at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2011 to December 2015. Niharika holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Springfield (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the Raipur Institute of Technology & Entrepreneurship Education (2006-2010).
