Rachel Crosby-Parm is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and compliance. Currently serving as an Accounting Operations Specialist at Reliable Heating & Air since April 2013, Rachel has a proven track record in enhancing financial accuracy by implementing compliant accounting practices and managing Accounts Receivable. Previously, as Assistant Controller at Noble Investment Group, Rachel oversaw night audits and ensured financial compliance, and held various positions at Wyndham International, including Accounting Manager and Credit Manager, where expertise in auditing, billing, and internal controls were demonstrated. Rachel began the career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation with a focus on operational management across all hotel departments. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Northern Arizona University.
