Monica Nolen has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Monica started their career as a Staff Accountant at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee from January 2013 to June 2015. Monica then worked as a Financial Reporting & Special Projects Analyst at the same organization from July 2015 to February 2017. Monica then joined Bank Mutual as a Treasury Management Analyst from March 2017 to February 2018. Monica later joined Joe Wilde Company, LLC as a Controller in December 2020 and is currently holding the position. Monica also worked at Reliable Door and Dock, Inc. where they started as an Accounting Manager from December 2018 to December 2020, then became a Controller from December 2020 to November 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Reliable Door and Dock, Inc. starting from November 2023.

Monica Nolen earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from DeVry University between the years 2009 and 2012.
