Tiina Kanninen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tiina currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at RELEX Solutions, where they are responsible for the company's Customer Success strategy and leading a global team. Prior to this, Tiina has held positions such as Director of Customer Experience, Director of Product Strategy and Management, and VP of Operations (North America) at RELEX Solutions. Tiina was also one of the first expats to join the company's team in Atlanta. Before joining RELEX Solutions, Tiina worked at L'Oréal as a Nordic Procurement Planner and Nordic Supply Logistic Planner. Additionally, they have experience working as a Master's Thesis Worker at Accenture and as a Junior Consultant at Gearshift Group. Tiina has also held leadership positions in student organizations, including being the Chairperson of the Association of Economics Students in Helsinki and the Vice Chairperson of the Student Union of Helsinki School of Economics (KY). Tiina began their career as a Cash Management Advisor at Nordea Corporate Merchant Banking.
Tiina Kanninen completed a Bachelor's Degree in Management at Aalto University School of Business from 2007 to 2011. Tiina then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in International Management at CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education from 2012 to 2013. Concurrently, they also completed a Master's Degree in Logistics and Service Management at Aalto University School of Business from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Tiina participated in an exchange semester at the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland, where they pursued a Master's Degree in CEMS - Master in International Management.
