Chad Edwards has extensive work experience in the tech industry. Chad began their career at Manhattan Associates in 2016, where they worked as a Support Consultant, providing assistance and managing clients. Chad quickly progressed to the role of Senior Support Consultant, where they continued to support and manage multiple clients while also triaging issues and coordinating with different teams for timely resolutions. In 2018, Chad joined RELEX Solutions as a Technical Consultant, utilizing their expertise to provide technical guidance and support. Chad later transitioned to the role of Site Reliability Engineer, where they ensured the reliability and efficiency of the company's systems. Currently, Chad holds the position of Team Lead, Site Reliability Engineering US at RELEX Solutions.

Chad Edwards obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2016.
