Mila Rusnak has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Mila started their career as a Research Analyst at KPMG Ukraine in 2015, where they worked until 2017. Mila then joined EPAM Systems as a Project Manager, responsible for defining project objectives, project scope, resource requirements, and budget tracking. Mila worked at EPAM Systems from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are working as a Delivery Manager Assistant in the UK region at Relevant Software, starting in 2020.

Mila Rusnak pursued their education at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2011 to 2015. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. The field of study they chose is not specified.
