Paul DePan has over 40 years of work experience in the energy industry. Paul started their career as a Process Engineer at Amoco Production Company in 1978. Paul then moved on to Gulf Energy Development Corporation, where they served as Manager of Engineering & Construction, overseeing the design and installation of gas pipelines and facilities.

Paul later joined Caterpillar Inc. as a Technical Consultant, providing expertise in power plant projects. Paul then joined S&W Energy Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer, before transitioning to the role of Manager Applications Engineering, where they were responsible for engineering specifications, procurement, and business development of power plant projects.

In 2017, Paul joined Relevant Power Solutions as a Commercial Proposal Manager, focusing on preparing budgetary and firm proposals for power plant projects. Paul is adept at responding to detailed RFQs and developing comprehensive proposals.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated their expertise in designing and managing various balance of plant systems, including fuel processing, transportation, and treatment systems, as well as water treatment systems. Paul has also been involved in the business development of new projects and has experience in interfacing with potential customers to create proposals.

Paul DePan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and an Engineer's Degree from Penn State University, which they attended from 1975 to 1978. Paul later pursued a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Our Lady of the Lake University, completing it in 1986.
