Lanayah Jackson has been working in customer service for the past seven years. Lanayah began their career in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative at Sertec Corporation. In 2017, they moved to WPS Health Solutions as a Customer Care Specialist. In 2019, they joined SYKES as a B2B Customer Service Agent. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Relay as a Business Operations Specialist I and a General Operations Intern.

Lanayah Jackson attended Methodist University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended ECPI University from 2015 to 2017, where they completed coursework in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
