Brian Rojas has worked in customer service and customer success roles since 2013. Brian began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Ticket Alternative / Freshtix. Brian then became an eCommerce Customer Support Specialist and Client Services Representative, TA Ticket Printing. In 2019, they joined Kabbage, Inc. as a Customer Support Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Relay Payments as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Onboarding Coordinator, and Customer Service Representative.
