Jay Lavin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and revenue generation within the SaaS industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Relay Network since 2012, Jay focuses on fostering meaningful engagement between brands and customers. Jay previously co-founded a personalized customer engagement SaaS company, acting as Chief Revenue Officer and contributing to its growth with 150 clients and over 80 million end users. As Principal at JL Ventures, Jay advises early-stage startups. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Citigroup, Ecount, Genuity, AT&T Global Services, and Nextel, where Jay successfully managed various marketing and account management initiatives. Jay holds a BA in Political Science and History from Albright College and has educational experience from Valley Forge Military Academy & College.
