Charlene Roach-Glymph, Ed.D., currently serves as the Associate Dean of Special Education at Relay Graduate School of Education since May 2018, bringing over 20 years of experience in the field of special education. As an Educational Consultant at SPEDucator Solutions LLC since December 2015, Charlene focuses on enhancing educational outcomes for students with disabilities through various support initiatives. Previously, Charlene held leadership positions at Friendship Public Charter School, Center City Public Charter Schools, and the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education, providing oversight and technical assistance to enhance inclusion practices and support services for students with special needs. Charlene earned a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Policy and Administration from Howard University.
