Blake Hathaway has over 18 years of experience in the finance and client services industries. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as an Accountant at Fleet Bank, where they maintained balance sheet activity for 3 legal entities, reconciled daily cash between ledger and bank statements, and processed accounting transactions for incoming and outgoing daily cash. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an Account Manager at VKernel. Blake then moved to Mosaic Technology, where they worked as a Business Development Manager from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they were the Manager of Service Delivery at LeadBridge, where they managed client interaction, delivery of services, and satisfaction of their Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Strategic Account programs. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Client Services at Payfactors, where they led a team of Subject Matter Experts responsible for post-sales Enterprise client management across 5 product offerings. Currently, Blake is the VP of Client Services/Operations at PipelineIQ. In 2022, they will begin working as a Client Services/Success at Relativity6, a data science organization driven to provide actionable context with billions of external data points.
