Peter Carey is an experienced professional in the fields of operations and social work, currently serving as Head of Operations and General Manager of Customer Services at Relationships Australia NSW since November 2018. Previously, Peter held the role of Manager at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW) for a brief period in 2018. From 2006 to 2018, Peter worked at CatholicCare Sydney, progressing through various leadership roles, including Executive Manager of Customer Service and Counselling & Relationship Services. Peter's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Manager of Children's Counselling & Support, Manager of Parent Line NSW, and School Counsellor. Additional teaching roles were held at the University of Sydney and TAFE NSW. Peter began the career as a Counsellor at Dunlea Centre and Social Worker at the London Borough of Greenwich.
