Mollie McGinnis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property strategy, management, and sustainability. Currently serving as General Manager at Related Companies since August 2023, Mollie previously held multiple leadership roles at the Trust for Governors Island from April 2016 to August 2023, including Senior Director of Property Strategy & Management and Director of Operations Planning. Earlier positions include Community Crew Leader at the Student Conservation Association and Information Synthesis Intern at the Agricultural Model Intercomparison and Improvement Project. Mollie's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Climate and Society from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from Penn State University.
