Connie Marois-Pozo has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Connie currently works as a Real Estate Advisor at Compass since September 2023. Previously, they were a Managing Director at Advalurem Group, where they oversaw investor relations and provided acquisitions support. Before that, Connie worked as a Principal Broker at RealProper, as well as in various roles at Related Companies, Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., Sotheby's International Realty, The Clarett Group, and Vera Wang. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and management in the real estate and luxury fashion industries.

Connie Marois-Pozo studied Fashion and Marketing at Madison Area Technical College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Fashion Marketing in 1999. Connie also pursued Continuing Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
