Paul Cox has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Paul began their career as an IT Engineer at Dunston IT in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Following that, they joined Rackspace Technology, where they served as a Datacenter Operations Technician Level 2 and Level 3 from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they started working at Exclaimer as a Level 2 Support Engineer. Over the years, they progressed within the company and took on roles such as Product Specialist, Senior Product Specialist, Head of Customer Success, and Customer Success Director. In 2022, they joined Pavilion as a Member, and later that year, they returned to Exclaimer as the Sales Director for the Middle East and Africa region. Paul'sexpertise lies in IT infrastructure, customer support, and sales.
From 2008 to 2011, Paul Cox attended Basingstoke College of Technology. Paul obtained additional certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in March 2020.
