Adam Fletcher has over 25 years of experience in the information technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Relate since June 2007, Adam has a strong background in software management, focusing on user-centered design and continuous service improvement. Prior to this role, Adam worked at Uponor for a decade as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, overseeing the MFG/PRO ERP system and developing business intelligence solutions. Adam began a career in IT as a Junior Programmer at CTRU Leeds, where responsibilities included designing systems for clinical trial data analysis. Adam holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing from Leeds Beckett University and a BTEC OND in Computing from North East Derbyshire Tertiary College.
